David Alves founded Lusitano Home Remodeling with a passion for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Originally from Portugal, David recognized the unique needs of Florida homes and the importance of having contractors who understand local building codes and climate conditions. Growing up, David learned the skills of trade from his godfather who was a home remodeling contractor and his grandfather who was a masonry worker. With several of his uncles also in the construction industry, David comes from a long line of skilled craftsmen in home remodeling.
What started as a small, one-man operation focused on minor repairs has grown into a full-service home improvement company, serving Tampa, St Petersburg, Oldsmar, Pinellas, Clearwater, and Temple Terrace areas.
